What are your operating hours?
Haunted Holler is open Fridays and Saturdays from September 26 through October 31. Gates open at 7:00 PM, and the haunt begins at dark (approximately 7:45 PM). Guests are welcome to arrive early to enjoy concessions, entertainment, and our free outdoor movie before entering the attraction.

Where are you located, and is parking free?
Haunted Holler is located at:
230 Don Prewitt Rd
Williamsburg, KY 40769
Parking is free for all guests. Parking space is limited, so we encourage groups to carpool whenever possible
Is Haunted Holler suitable for children?
Due to the graphic nature and intensity of our attraction, Haunted Holler is recommended for guests 16 years of age and older.
Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian present on the property.
We will also host a Family-Friendly Weekend featuring a toned-down version of the attraction that's suitable for younger guests. Additional details will be announced closer to the event.
Can the actors touch me?
Yes. Our actors are permitted to make physical contact with guests as part of the experience.
Guests who purchase a No-Touch Necklace and wear it visibly around their neck throughout the attraction will not be intentionally touched by actors.
Please note that accidental contact may still occur due to low lighting, confined spaces, or sudden movements.
What happens if it rains?
Rain won't stop the scares!
Haunted Holler is approximately half indoors and half outdoors, allowing us to operate in most weather conditions.
Because weather is unpredictable, tickets are non-refundable. However, if severe weather creates unsafe conditions and forces us to close, guests will receive a rain check to return on another operating night.
Do you accept cash and credit/debit cards?
Yes! We accept both cash and major credit/debit cards.
Please note that card transactions include a $1.00 processing fee.
Do you offer food and drinks?
Absolutely!
Our concession stand offers a variety of food, snacks, candy, and beverages throughout the evening, making it the perfect place to grab a bite before or after your haunt experience.
How long does the attraction take?
Most guests complete Haunted Holler in approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on group size and crowd flow
What should I wear?
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes, long pants, and a hoodie or light jacket, as evening temperatures can become cool.
You'll also be welcome to stay after your haunt experience to enjoy one of our free outdoor movies, so dressing comfortably is encouraged.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes!
Groups of six (6) or more receive 10% off General Admission tickets.
We recommend arriving together to ensure your group receives the discount.
Can I take photos or videos inside the attraction?
No.
Photography, video recording, and livestreaming are not permitted inside the haunt in order to preserve the experience for all guests.
However, we will have designated photo opportunities throughout the property where guests are encouraged to take pictures and share their experience on social media.
Do I have to sign a waiver?
Yes.
All guests must sign a liability waiver before entering Haunted Holler.
Guests under the age of 16 must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
